Women's Health Network in Grand Rapids

A program that provides free breast and cervical cancer screening services to patients in the Grand Rapids area.

To enroll in this program women need to:

• Be age 40-64
• Have an income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level
• Have no or limited health insurance
